Job Overview

Arbertier Engineering Company Ltd is seeking a dynamic and innovative Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer to support the company's growth, visibility, and brand presence. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong marketing and communication skills to attract new customers, promote AEC products, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing, Branding & Communication

  • Execute marketing, branding, and communication strategies that enhance the company's visibility and attract new customer segments.
  • Develop product brochures, digital content, presentations, and promotional materials that clearly communicate technical aspects and unique selling points.
  • Support planning and execution of product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

2. Technical Product Understanding

  • Collaborate with product suppliers to understand technical specifications and unique features of products.
  • Translate complex technical information into customer-friendly content for effective product positioning.
  • Conduct demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to educate clients about product functionality and benefits.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and industry developments.
  • Identify gaps, new opportunities, and strategies to increase product uptake and market penetration.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities through client visits, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Liaise with existing clients to nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare timely and competitive tenders, proposals, and quotations to meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.

5. Customer Support & Coordination

  • Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Review sales performance, monitor costs, and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and sales literature.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience in technical sales, marketing, or engineering-based client support roles.
  • Strong understanding of engineering products and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
