Job Description

• To ensure delivery of high-quality software products by co-ordinating the entire testing process, including test plan design, test case creation, test automation and test reporting.
• Manage and maintain robust quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Oversee the execution of tests, analyse test results and identify and report defects using the appropriate defect tracking tools.
• Provide regular reports and metrics on test progress, coverage and quality to stakeholders.
• Implement, manage and maintain test automation frameworks
• Ensure stability of the systems environment and customers so to gain trust in the Bank’s product offering.
• Provision of Support for Core Banking and Peripherals systems

Qualifications

• First Degree IT and Computer Sciences from a recognised Institution
• 3-4 years experience and knowledge of principles, concepts and techniques of software testing. Hands-on experience in managing test cycles. Working knowledge of QA tools like Jira. Knowledge of test automation concepts and tools.
• 2 years experience in extraction and preparation of data for use in testing.
• Ability to project and anticipate resource utilisation by trend analysis and knowledge of industry standard
