TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partners, TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited, and the East African Crude Oil Pipeline Limited (EACOP), invites experienced and reputable companies to express their interest in the Supply of Workover Fluids, Chemicals and Associated Services for the Tilenga Project Wells.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:
COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the Supply of workover fluids, chemicals and associated services to support well intervention and workover operations.

The scope shall include, but not limited to:

• Supply of chloride-free brine systems suitable for workover and well intervention operations.
• Supply of corrosion inhibitors compatible with the proposed brine systems and downhole metallurgy.
• Supply of Viscosifiers and fluid-loss control additives as required for fluid rheology and well control.
• Supply of sized calcium carbonate bridging materials in different particle-size.
• Supply of other associated workover fluid chemicals, cleaning pills and additives as required by COMPANY.
• Provision of fluids for fluid formulation, compatibility testing, preparation, monitoring and troubleshooting during workover operations.
• Provision of relevant laboratory testing, quality control and product certification/documentation.
• The bidder shall demonstrate its capability to supply, store, and manage workover fluids and chemicals in compliance with COMPANY technical requirements, applicable HSE standards and environmental requirements.

Interested parties (either Ugandan companies or joint ventures/consortia with Ugandan Companies and other companies) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in supply of workover fluids, chemicals and associated services
• Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations. Due diligence to be registered by the year 2025.
• Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel with substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.
• Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.
• Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social and Environmental (QHSSE) management procedures and processes in compliance with applicable industry and national standards.
• Possession of Valid applicable national licenses, including trading licenses.
• Proof of compliance with all applicable tax obligations.

Interested companies/parties that meet the above minimum requirements shall submit a request by email to ep.pre-qualification-ug@totalenergies.com for a prequalification questionnaire on or before 13th October 2026, at 17:00hours Kampala time and quoting "Pre-qualification Questionnaire Request Ref No. IA031281 for Supply of Workover Fluids, Chemicals and Associated Services for the Tilenga Project Wells."
