We, COSLUGANDA SMC LIMITED are currently executing the official services of the Tilanga Project for TOTAL ENERGIES E & P Uganda B.V and the Kingfisher Project for CNOOC Uganda Ltd in the Lake Albert Basin Republic of Uganda.

CSOCU025-UGAC01 Procurement of Casing Accessories and Drilling Equipment Scope of Work: Main services shall include: • Supply, repair, and testing of casing accessories, floor equipment, centralizers, cement plugs, stop collars, floatation shoes, float collars, and other associated drilling equipment as per the technical specifications. • Products include, but are not limited to: • Float Shoes, Float Collars (Single/Double Valve, Non-Rotating) for 5″, 5-7/8″, 7″, 7-5/8″, 9-5/8″, 10-3/4″, 13-3/8″, 18-5/8″, 30″ casings. • Cement Plugs (Top and Bottom): One-Piece Bow Centralizers, Hinged Rigid Centralizers, Stop Collars, Slip-Ons, Scratchers, Keyways, Shoes, Foam Rolls, Thread Lock Compounds. • This procurement adopts the DAP model, with the delivery destination being Uganda Tilenga Oilfield and KF Oilfield. • The warranty period shall commence from the date the goods are accepted as conforming to the contract and shall last for 12 months. During the warranty period, if the goods are found to have quality defects or fail to meet the contract specifications, the Supplier shall replace or repair them free of charge and bear all related costs, including transportation, handling, packaging, and other associated expenses. Damages caused by force majeure or improper use by the Buyer are not covered under the warranty. Critical Parameters – Minimum Requirements: • Supplier must be a legally-registered company in their country of operation and comply with applicable laws and regulations. For suppliers intending to provide products or services in Uganda, registration in the National Supplier Database (NSD) of Uganda is required. • Supplier must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supplying, maintaining, or testing casing accessories and related drilling equipment globally. • Supplier must provide genuine or equivalent quality spare parts, maintain sufficient inventory, and provide quality control documentation in compliance with TOTAL requirements, including certificates of conformity (COC), material test reports, and other relevant QA/QC documentation. • Must demonstrate sound financial capacity to deliver services reliably. • Proven track record in similar services, preferably in the oil & gas or large infrastructure sectors.
