Female Receptionist at ABC Group Uganda
About Us:
Casa Ceramica Ltd (ABC Group Uganda) has proudly served Uganda since 2015, offering premium Tiles, Sanitary Wares, Bathroom Fittings, and Accessories
ABC Group Uganda is looking for a confident, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our brand. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist visitors, and support daily office administration.
Key Duties:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Handle phone calls and inquiries
- Manage appointments and calendars
- Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing)
- Maintain the reception area and follow security protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in reception or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
