  • Job Summary: The first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing all aspects of guest check-in, check-out, and stay.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with a smooth check-in/check-out process.
    • Handle guest assignments and manage room keys.
    • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
    • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
    • Handle guest complaints and requests, escalating when necessary.
    • Operate the hotel switchboard, transferring calls appropriately.
  • Qualifications:
    • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
    • Presentable appearance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in PMS and computer systems.
