JOB DETAILS:

A unique opportunity awaits an exceptional leader to drive the transformation of a boutique hotel into a world-class luxury destination. We are seeking a visionary General Manager with international experience to oversee both the pre-opening and operational phases of this ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Phase:

Lead project management, recruitment, procurement, licensing, and marketing initiatives

• Design organizational structures and hire key personnel
• Manage budgets and meet critical pre-opening milestones
• Drive brand awareness and secure early reservations

Operational Phase:

• Establish strategic partnerships and elevate market presence
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets
• Champion innovation through staff development and advanced technology
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership in hospitality management
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
