1. The Government Analytical Laboratory under Ministry of Internal Affairs has been allocated funds by Government of Uganda and through the National Budget for Procurement of Three Double Cabin Pick-Ups. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders as illustrated below under Open Domestic Bidding.

1. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UPS, PROC.

2. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the PPDAe Rules of procedures of procurement services.

3. Bidding documents may be purchased from: The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit for a non-refundable fee of 10X 100,000 each. This fee is payable to Uganda Revenue Authority through any Bank after obtaining the Bank Advise form from the Cash Office of the Government Analytical Laboratory or a Local Bank regulated by Bank of Uganda.

4. The Directorate will make available the necessary documents and information concerning the supplies on telephone No: 044-250-218 or 0772-447-098 located at the Headquarters between 8:30am - 4:30pm on working days.

8. The Deadline for submission is 10:30am. 23th November, 2025, at which the bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at 11:00am.
