Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is dedicated to nurturing talent and shaping future leaders. Our Graduate Trainee Programme offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a journey of growth and development in various fields within URSB’s mandate.

Programme Objectives:

• Prepare graduates to work effectively in complex and diverse situations.
• Foster leadership, professionalism, and etiquette.

• Provide opportunities for learning and knowledge sharing.

About the Program:

• Duration: 1 Year
• Individuals with a passion for learning, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• Candidates with leadership qualities, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Rotation Opportunity: Gain exposure by working in various departments
• Deployment: Placed in departments according to skills and suitability

Requirements:

• This programme does not guarantee employment at URSB.
• Graduate Trainees will adhere to working hours and conduct standards outlined by URSB.
