JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To provide personalized service, build strong relationships with guests, and ensure their stay exceeds expectations, thereby fostering loyalty.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome VIP guests and facilitate their check-in/check-out.
  • Proactively interact with guests to solicit feedback and resolve any issues.
  • Arrange special requests (e.g., surprises, amenities, tours).
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments.
  • Manage the Concierge desk (if applicable) and provide expert recommendations.
• Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local area and hotel services.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
