JOB DETAILS:
Background:
UNOC is seeking a Head Treasury And Financial Accounting to oversee the companywide treasury management, financial reporting, and investment management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cash flow plans and forecasts
- Manage treasury investment portfolio
- Review financial models and reports
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory framework
- Lead internal and external audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Full Professional Membership (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIA)
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in managerial role
- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas Operations
