JOB DETAILS:
We are recruiting a detail-oriented and efficient Head of Housekeeping to lead the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate should be a team leader with a high standard for cleanliness and guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping team and daily cleaning schedules
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all guest areas
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Manage laundry operations and inventory of cleaning supplies
- Conduct routine inspections and respond to guest needs
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a lodge or hotel
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Keen eye for detail and guest service excellence
- Knowledge of laundry processes and cleaning equipment
- Ability to work in a remote location
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
