JOB DETAILS:

Role Purpose:

Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships to ensure sustainability of KAL programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop resource mobilization strategy.
• Identify grant opportunities and funding calls.
• Build partnerships with government, donors, corporates and foundations.
• Lead proposal writing and donor negotiations.
• Manage partner relations and strategic alliances.
• Coordinate communications with development partners.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Development Studies, International Relations, or related field.

Experience:

7–10 years experience in fundraising and partnerships.
