Who We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as an HR Manager or Personnel Officer, preferably in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Diploma in Restaurant Management is a plus
- Proven experience in recruiting across all levels: junior, senior, seasonal, and part-time
- Strong understanding of employment regulations, especially flexible contracts
- Proficient with ATS, payroll systems, and resume databases
