Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software at the Centre.
  • Provide technical support to staff on computer, network, and system-related issues.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Maintain and update electronic health records systems and other digital platforms.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and online visibility.
  • Produce engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and community updates.
  • Design posters, flyers, and other IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials.
  • Document organizational activities through photography, videography, and storytelling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media houses and community influencers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, digital communications, or related roles (NGO/health sector experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in social media management, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and website content management.
  • Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic ICT infrastructure maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
