Our client is seeking a results-driven, competent, and experienced Internal Traceability Auditor to join their team in Uganda. The role involves conducting organic inspections, internal audits of traceability data, and collaborating with field teams to enhance data collection methods.

Responsibilities:

• Visit farmers in the field to conduct organic inspections.
• Conduct internal audits of traceability data and systems.
• Verify farmer purchase and registration data through phone surveys and unannounced field checks.
• Collaborate with field teams to enhance data collection methods and ensure data quality.
• Maintain and update traceability records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with mobile phone survey data collection.
• At least 2 years of experience in data auditing or management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
