Hoima District Local Government has received funding from its Development Partner(EACOP). The entity wishes to utilize part of the funds for the Procurement of the under listed work in the Financial Year 2025/2026 Hoima District Local Government invites all competent firms to bid for the described works below.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open national bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205, PPDA Regulations 2023, and PPDA Guidelines 2024.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit and inspect the bidding documents from the Procurement & disposal Unit from 8:00 am-5:00 p.m Working days only.
A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 150,000 Ug shillings and submitting an Application for Bid documents to the Head, Procurement & disposal Unit not later than 2 (two) days prior to the deadline for submission of bid documents.
Payment for Non-Relundable fee shall be 150,000/= (One hundred fifty thousand shillings only) and it shall be paid through IRAS and after payment the bidder will be issued with e-accept which will accompany the application letter for the bid document.
Bidding documents are available in the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the District Headquarters.
The Venue for Bid submission will be the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office at the District Headquarters. The closing date for bid submission is Wednesday 28th November, 2025 at 11:00am local time, thereafter bids will be opened at 11:30 am local time in the District Council Hall in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives who will choose to attend.
The Applications for bid documents and late submissions of bids shall be rejected.
