Sinopec International Petroleum Service Co. (Uganda) Ltd, a contractor on the Tilenga EPSCC Project, seeks to prequalify competent Ugandan companies, citizens and duly registered entities for the provision of selected ring-fenced goods and supply services in support of the Tilenga EPSCC Project in Uganda.
Please note that ring-fenced goods and services shall only be provided by eligible Ugandan companies, Ugandan citizens and duly registered Ugandan entities in accordance with applicable National Content requirements.

1. Required Goods and Services

Interested companies are invited to express interest in the following categories:

1.1 Industrial Products and Materials Supply
Supply of steel products, electric materials, building materials and other related industrial products and materials.

1.2 Construction Hardware Supplies
Supply of construction hardware, tools and other related materials.

1.3 PPE Supplies
Supply of personal protective equipment and related supplies.

1.4 Office Materials and Related Services
Supply of stationery, toner cartridges, office furniture and related maintenance services.

2. Minimum Requirements

Interested companies shall meet the following minimum requirements:

• Registered on the National Supplier Database (NSD) under the relevant goods or service category;

• Valid company registration documents, trading licence, tax/VAT registration, bank statements and audited accounts;

• Relevant supply or service experience within the last five (5) years;

• Company profile showing supply capacity, experience, key personnel and relevant resources;

• Confirmation that no fronting, nominee arrangement, undisclosed subcontracting or arrangement inconsistent with Uganda’s National Content requirements shall be used.
