INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION TO OFFER WORKS, SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-2027

1. Nabilatuk District Local Government invites competent companies/ firms and Special interest groups to submit sealed bids for provision of Works, Supplies & Services for financial year 2026-2027, as indicated below:

2. CATEGORY D: IS RESERVED FOR SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS: WOMEN, YOUTH AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWD’s)
   Women, Youth and PWD’s owned enterprises means an enterprise registered with relevant government body and is at least 51% women/youth/person with disability owned. Controlled and operated on a regular basis by one or more persons who are women/youth/PWD’s who are Ugandan citizens.

9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205 and Public Procurement, and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2023 as amended and is open to all eligible bidders in Uganda.

10. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit, Nabilatuk District Local Government and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 5:00pm during working days or Contact Telephone Number 0782-101827/0706-348888/0752-101827

11. Terms and conditions for bidding are detailed in the respective bidding documents.

12. Bidding documents in English can be purchased from Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 100,000/= for Category A and B

13. The method of payment will be through, IRAS, please contact the District Cashier on TEL. 0776911510 to obtain a PRN code and thereafter you will be issued with a General Receipt after making payments.

14. Deadline for submission will be Tuesday 30th June 2026 at 11:00am and thereafter bids shall be opened at Nabilatuk District Boardroom in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend at 11:30am
