Prequalification Notice

Living Water International Uganda (LWIU) is a Christian International Non-Governmental Organization affiliated to Living Water International (LWI) with Head Quarters in Houston, Texas (USA). LWIU exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience “living water”— the gospel of Jesus Christ—which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.

LWIU is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods and services listed below for the financial years; FYE 2025/2026, FYE 2026/2027 and FYE 2027/2028 Under specified categories.

Procedure for Accessing the Prequalification documents
Interested bidders may submit an email request to mwakwoma@water.cc copy uganda@water.cc. Upon receipt of the request, a soft copy of the bid documents will be sent to them.
Payment Procedures
1. Prospective applicants shall pay a non-refundable bidding fee of UGX 50,000 for each prequalification category being applied for; payment will be made through bank as per details indicated below:

A copy of the deposit slip shall be attached to the prequalification application as proof of payment.
2. The non-refundable application fee of UGX 50,000 is per category/code, therefore bidders interested in applying for more than one category/code will have to pay for each category/code accordingly.
Important: Only bids accompanied by proof of verifiable payment will be accepted.
