Eligibility Requirements:
Entities expressing interest must demonstrate and submit the following compliance documents.
Electricity Regulatory Authority’s (ERA) Company Installation Permit for electrical installations
Certified URSB Form (Notice of Beneficial Owners Particulars)
Certified copy of Annual returns with the registrar of companies for the last 3 years
Audited Financial Statement with the Independent Auditor’s opinions for the (last 3 years)
Governance Structures
Company or Business Profile
Certified Company Form 18
Certified Company Form 20
Certified certificate of incorporation or registration
Certified copy memorandum and articles of association
Certified statement of particulars for bidders participating under a business name, partnership, or sole proprietorship.
Identification documents for persons or entities listed as director(s) and company secretary, partner(s) or proprietor(s).
Recommendation letter from clearing and forwarding associations for clearing and forwarding companies.
Clearing and forwarding certificates of at least 3 declarants for a clearing and forwarding firm.
Current Customs Clearing and Forwarding License from URA.
Valid business licenses, Tax Registration Certificate,
Certified copy of a valid Trading License.
Valid certificate of registration with the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO).
Relevant experience of the bidder (The bidder should provide proof of implementation of at least five (5) (similar) projects in the past Seven (7) years, evidenced by contracts, reference letters, and state the amount of contract.) and 3 years of experience clearing with a manufacturer.
Proof of experienced and certified key personnel to deploy and support the proposed services or works in respect of civil, mechanical, and electrical works. (Signed CVs and Certifications must be attached)
