PRICING AND SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
Competitive Bids (by PDs): Prices must be expressed with 3 decimal places e.g., 99.999.
Non-Competitive Bids: Accepted in full at the cut-off price up to 200,000,000/= per maturity

OTHER INFORMATION: ALL successful bids (Competitive Bids and Non-Competitive Bids) will be allocated at one price, the auction lowest price per 100 (corresponding to the auction highest accepted yield).

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT:
This Treasury Bills auction offers three tenors for short-term government financing:

1. 91-Day Bills (UGX 25B): For immediate liquidity management
2. 182-Day Bills (UGX 75B): Medium-term cash flow needs
3. 364-Day Bills (UGX 255B): Annual budget support

Key Features:

• Primary Dealers: Only licensed banks can submit competitive bids
• Retail Participation: Non-competitive bids allow small investors (min UGX 100,000)
• Settlement: T+1 business day after auction
• Taxation: Subject to withholding tax (rates vary by tenure)
