INVITATION TO BID FOR COMPLETION OF KANGO AND AMEI SEED SCHOOLS

1. Zombo District Local Government has received funds from the government of Uganda and intend to use part of this money to effect payment for Works supplies and services as listed hereafter.

2. The District Local Government invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of these works, services and supplies.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the public procurement and disposal of public assets Act.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from procurement and disposal unit Zombo and inspect the bidding document at the address given below between 8.30am and 4.30 pm.

5. Complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000= for open bidding. Method of payment shall be IRAS system. The bidders will obtain the bidding document from the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address above at or before 10:00am of 13th March 2026 and thereafter the bids shall be opened at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

7. Late bids shall be rejected.

8. The Local Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
