All items shall be sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, and FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) shall have no further liability after the sale.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bidding Fees (Non-refundable)

Motor Vehicles & Motorcycles: UGX 100,000
Other Items: UGX 50,000
Fees are payable at any FINCA Uganda branch nationwide. Proof of payment must be presented beforehand.

Other Assets

A detailed list of furniture, ICT equipment, and office items is available upon payment of a non-refundable bidding fee of UGX 50,000. The items are located at the Central Warehouse and at branches nationwide.

Viewing of Items- No viewing on weekends or public holidays

Viewing will be strictly by appointment upon presentation of proof of payment of the bidding fee.
Vehicles & Motorcycles: 5th December – 11th December 2025, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Other Assets: 5th December 2025 – 27^th January 2026, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Payment Terms for Successful Bidders

A successful bidder must pay a non-refundable commitment fee (10% of the bid price) within 72 hours for Motor Vehicles & Motorcycles & 48 hours for Other Assets. The remaining balance must be cleared up within two (2) weeks for Motor Vehicles & Motorcycles & One (1) week for Other Assets. Failure to pay within the required time will lead to automatic forfeiture of the 10% commitment fee, and the next highest bidder will be contacted. Only successful bidders will be contacted.
