The bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the bidding procedures contained in the PPDA Act. Cap; 205; Regulation 2023 and Guide line 2024 and is opened to all potential, eligible holders who meet the requirements. Terms and conditions are contained in the briefing documents which are available for inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
The bid documents also obtainable from Entity ‘Procurement’ and Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fees of UGC; 100,000 for category A and UGC; 50,000 for category B. Fund should be paid to Kitgum Municipal Council through Integrated Revenue Administration System (IRAS).
Completed and sealed bid shall be hand delivered to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit Kitgum Municipal Council on or before 11:00am on 21<sup>st</sup> November 2025 and not opening will take place on the same date and day at 11:30am in the Municipal Board Room in the present of budders who wish to attend, late bids shall be rejected.
