Bids must be accompanied by the following documents:  
- Certification of Incorporation,  
- Memorandum and Article of Association  
- A copy of the trading license for the year 2027  
- A copy of a valid tax clearance certificate  
- Certificate of Registration for Tax (TIN)  
- Copies of LPGs of different supplies  
- Power of Attorney  
- Company profiles with details of all key personnel's past experience in similar field.  
Each item must be applied separately.  
Prequalification submissions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations of 2014 of the Government of Uganda. This prequalification is open to all eligible firms.  

A complete set of prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$/- 100,000 to the School Bureau. The lender document will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt.

Prequalification documents submissions must be 1(one) original and 2 copies delivered to the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Bishops Senior School Mukono P.O. Box 75, Mukono not later than Thursday 13th Nov 11:00am after which bids will be opened at 11:30am in the library in presence of bidder's representatives who may wish to attend. Late submissions shall be rejected.
