Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has allocated funds towards the implementation of two bilateral country projects with the Government of Uganda i.e. Institutional Capacity Support to the National Farmers Leadership Centre in Uganda (NFLC II) and Strengthening Implementation Capacity for Sustainable Rural Development (StCSRuD).
KOICA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders for the supply of Project Vehicles for the two Uganda Country Projects.
This is an Urgent, Open International Bid (Refer to Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 - As amended) and KOICA Procurement Guidelines which are accessible to all bidders on the KOICA Uganda Website. Subsequently, the duration of processes here-in leading to the selection of the successful bidder shall be shortened.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address below; KOICA Uganda office (2nd Floor, Manha House), Piot 17, Golf Course Road, Koiolo from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
Interested bidders should download the Bid Application form from the KOICA Uganda Office Website (http://www.kolca.go.kr/akes/uga_en/index.do) which they will fill and submit with required attachments via email to biddingkolcauganda@gmail.com
The Deadline for submission of Bid Application form is October 27, 2025, 16:00hrs.
Bid documents will be shared with interested bidders, who will have submitted complete Bid Application forms with attachments, via email on October 27, 2025, 16:30hrs.
Sealed Bids must be delivered before 10:00am at KOICA Uganda Office on October 31, 2025, and the representative of bidders must attend the Bid Opening at the same venue from 10:00 am.
