INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING AND FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR FY 2026/2027 BID NOTICE NO 0001/2026/2027

Uganda College of Commerce Aduku is a Government - Aided Business Training Tertiary Institution located in Kwamia District, Northern Uganda.
The College invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following Categories of Items.

FRAMEWORK CONTRACT*

Category A: Food items: Grouped as below:

1. Beans

2. Meat, Chicken and Eggs

3. Sugar, Tea leaves, Cooking oil and Salt

4. Maize flour and Rice

5. Sweet Potatoes, Cassava and Irish Potatoes

6. Vegetables, Onions, Tomatoes and Spices

7. Firewood and Charcoal

Category B: Stationery items:
Chalk, Dusters, Counter books, Box files, File folders, Ruled paper, Ledger books, Analysis books, Cash books, Vote books, Carbon papers, Typing papers, Office glue, Markers, Punching machines, Stapling machines, Stapling wires, Pens, Office trays, Calculators, Dust bins, Dictionaries and Text books.

Category C: Catering and Staff Welfare Services.
Soft Drinks, Staff Bites, Mineral water, Decoration services, Music system, Video coverage, Tents, Plastic chairs and Accommodation for College guests.

Category D: Fuel and Lubricants.

Category E: Supply of Equipment (office equipment and others)

Tables, Chairs, Office desk, Benches, Sofa Sets, Furniture and Fittings, Filing cabinets, Wall clocks, Electrical accessories, Cameras, Television sets, Public Address System, Fire extinguishers, Refrigerators, Saucepans, Weighing scales, Cutlery etc.

2. SERVICES

Category F: Computer services
Supply of Desktops, Laptops, Computer Accessories, Servicing, Photocopying machines, Printers, Scanners, Toner/Cartridges, Internet Connection, Website Design.

Category G: Printing services
Calendars, Office memos, Vouchers, Diaries, Receipt books, Graduation Booklets, Customized envelopes, Stores ledgers, Goods received notes, Brochures and Payment vouchers.

Category H: Consultancy services and Advertisement
Category I: Repair and Maintenance of College Assets (Bus, College Van, Generator and Mowers)
Category J: Supply of Construction Materials and Furnishing Services
Category K: Supply of college furniture

Category L: Uniforms, corporate wears & Graduation gowns

NOTES:
i. Bidders should apply for only one category.
ii. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents and further information from Procurement and Disposal Unit UCC Aduku during office hours.
iii. A non-refundable fee of UGX.203, 000= (Two hundred and three thousand shillings only) inclusive of the Bank charge payable to College Account No. 3100000639 Centenary Bank, Lira Branch.
iv. The bid should be accompanied by Deposit slip and copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Valid Trading license, Tax clearance certificate, Bank statement for the previous six months, and Company profile for each bidder.
v. Price quoted should be current and in Uganda shillings.
vi. The College deserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all bids, only successful bidders shall be contacted.
vii. All bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit office at UCC Aduku starting 15/6/2026 and delivered not later than 15/7/2026 at 2:00 pm, to be opened at 03:00 pm, the same day.
