1. The Local Government Finance Commission (LGFC) has allocated/received funds (from GOU) to be used for procurement of Medical Insurance Cover for 244 persons.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non consultancy services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (Room 06 & 07) from 09:00 am to 4:00pm.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at (Room 06 & 07 at or before Friday 31 October 2025 10:00AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidding representatives who choose to attend at the address below at LGFC Board room at 11:00 am on Friday 31/10/2025.

6. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $Rs. 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). The method of payment will be to any commercial bank that receives government revenue.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX. 1,900,000 (One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Uganda shillings only).
