INVITATION TO BID – Procurement of Brand new Motor vehicles.
Lot 1-Station wagon and Two (2) Double Cabin Pickups–submission strictly through ecp system(GOU).

Lot 2- Double Cabin Pickups(2) – Sealed bids submission-funded under the JLOS Program PROC REF: DCC/NCIC/2025-2026/00401

1. National Citizenship and Immigration Control (NCIC) has allocated funds from the Government of Uganda(GOU) and the JLOS Program to be used for acquisition of New (1) Station wagon and Four(4)Double cabin pickups.

2. NCIC invites Bids both on ecp system and sealed (hardcopy) for the provision of the above Supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. This Letter of invitation has been addressed to all eligible bidders.

5. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and clarifications and inspect the bidding document any time both on Electronic Government Procurement Portal(EGP) and physical at the PDU office, National Citizenship and Immigration Control(NCIC).

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000. The method of payment shall be through the Bank of your choice. Bidders can also access a Bidding Document through ecp system after payment. Bid security is 1%m/-=.

7. Bids must be submitted through ecp(gou) and sealed bids (Lot 2) before 12.00 on 19/1/2026.

8. Bid Document may be inspected at the Procurement and Disposal unit, National Citizenship and Immigration Control(NCIC), Ministry of Internal Affairs.
