Established in 1979, the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) Uganda is part of the LWF World Service (LWF WS) based in Geneva, Switzerland, an international humanitarian and development agency. LWF Uganda works to reduce people’s vulnerability, supporting them to realize their full potential, to build on their assets, and to become more resilient.

In Uganda, LWF operates in the Districts of Pader, Kirgum, Lamwo, Adjumani, Obangi, Nakivale, Luuko, Kamwenge, Kiyandango, Kyangwali and Kampala (Uganda operations coordination Office). As such, LWF invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open domestic bidding.

Viewing and Bidding of the assets is from 20th November 2025 to 3rd December 2025 from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Bid documents can be collected free of charge from LWF offices above OR request by email on quotes.kampala@lutheranworld.org, with a subject Disposal of Assets.

The bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as below, and placed in the tender box located at any of the above office reception after being stamped received on or before Thursday 4th November 2025 by 4:00pm. Late bids will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be expected to complete the payment within 3 working days.
