INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS & SERVICES

Project: FHI 360 / EpiC Project

Procurement: Supply and Delivery of Microsoft 365 Licensing; IT Network Infrastructure (including Racks, Cabling, Firewalls, PoE Switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, CCTV Systems, Patch Cards); Biometric Access Control system; and Air Conditioners for the Uganda National Accreditation Services Office (UGANAS)

FHI 360 invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit bids for the following:

Submission of Bids:
All offers must be submitted via email to FHI 360 Uganda Procurement at uganda.procurement@fhi360.org, clearly indicating the Lot and RFQ Number. NB: Every lot quotation should be sent in a separate email.

Site Visit Lot 2, Lot 3 & Lot 4:
Interested bidders are required to attend a site visit at the Uganda National Accreditation Services Office, Plot 42A Mukabya Road, Nakawa Industrial Area, Kampala, prior to preparing and submitting quotations/proposals as part of the bid document. The site visit will be conducted on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 10:00am.

Pre-bid Conference:
FHI 360 will hold a pre-bid conference on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:30pm for all lots (1-5). The meeting will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 297 975 742 093 989 Passcode: QS3fQ3SF).
