**Invitation to Bid Under Framework Contract and Pre-qualifications for the Provision of Supplies, Services and Works for FY 2025/2026**
Makerere University Holdings Limited, the business arm of Makerere University, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders under prequalification and framework contracts for supplies, services, and works.
**LOT Description**
**Category A: Under Framework Contracts**
1. Supply of fresh and dry items for the guesthouse and edge house
2. Supply of assorted office stationery and small equipment
3. Supply of cleaning/sanitary materials and consumables
4. Supply of ICT consumables and accessories (cartridges/toners, drum units, materials, and accessories)
5. Supply of electrical materials and equipment
6. Supply of air conditioners and accessories
7. Supply of electronic equipment (e.g., camera, TV sets, etc.)
8. Supply of promotional items and branding (t-shirts and umbrellas, key holders, banners/sign posts/stickers)
9. Supply of uniforms, garments, and protective wear
10. Supply of kitchen equipment (e.g., refrigerators, kettles, boilers, etc.)
11. Supply of tents, nets, blinds, tools
12. Supply of ICT equipment (laptops, desktops, photocopiers, etc.)
**Category B: Repair, Servicing, and Maintenance of:**
8. Air conditioners
9. Equipment (photocopying, printing, scanning) including Heidelberg Offset Machines, Heidelberg GTO, and Ryobi KORD, Heavy Duty Color Riscom Photocopies - 90 9630, Konica Monolta-Bizhub C384, Riso EZ290e, Heavy Duty Binding Machine (Horizon BG 270)
10. Heavy duty stitching machines
11. Quantity surveying services
12. Civil/structural engineering services
13. Provision of fumigation services
14. Enterprise networking services
15. Database and data management
16. ICT infrastructure and capacity planning
17. Provision of security services (armed, unarmed, dog, and its handler)
**Category C: Provision of Services Under Prequalification**
1. Provision of insurance services
2. Provision of vehicle/fire and water pumps maintenance services
3. Maintenance of canteen management services (cold rooms, etc.)
4. Provision of indoor and outdoor cleaning services
5. Painting and repair of office furniture, equipment, and fittings
**2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Makerere University Holdings Limited at the address given below at (6a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during working days (Monday to Friday).**
**3. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at (6a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for each category through bank payment to Makerere University Holdings Limited Account No. 903001063070, Stanbic Bank, Makerere University Branch.**
