1. Position: Kindergarten Teacher

Department: Early Childhood Education

Reports To: Head of Primary / School Principal

Job Summary:

To create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children (ages 3-6), fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based and structured activities in alignment with the school’s early years curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote holistic development.
• Implement a balanced daily routine of play, creative activities, basic literacy, and numeracy.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a vibrant, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and guardians through regular communication.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting.
• Passionate, patient, and creative with a deep understanding of child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
