Jubaili Agrotec is hiring a Logistics Assistant with the following qualifications;

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Transport, or related field.
• Professional certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Uganda import procedures, MAAIF, NDA and URA clearing processes.
• Experience in handling import permits, shipping documents and marine insurance.

Responsibilities or duties

• Process import permits for Feeds, Chemicals, Sprayers, Seeds and Vet products.
• Liaise with MAAIF offices (Entebbe, Namalere, Kawanda & Mukono) and NDA.
• Review shipping documents and monitor ETAs at Mombasa.
• Ensure that import permit renewals are done on time.
• Track orders from proforma invoice to warehouse delivery.

Experience needed

• Atleast 2 Yrs of relevant logistics, import clearance experience.

• Process import permits for Feeds, Chemicals, Sprayers, Seeds and Vet products.
