GREENHILL ACADEMY – MALE SCHOOL COUNSELLOR
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide individual & group counselling
2. Support students' academic, social & emotional wellbeing
3. Handle crisis, high-priority & referral cases
4. Work with teachers & parents to address student needs
5. Lead wellness, motivation & life-skills programs
6. Maintain confidential records & report trends
7. Build teacher capacity on student support
8. Implement counselling ethics & risk management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong counselling, listening & people skills
- High confidentiality & professional ethics
- Computer literacy (spreadsheets included)
- Problem-solving ability & multitasking skills
- Professional certification is an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
