Applicants should forward their applications using file folders in triplicate on PSC Form No. 3 (Revised 2008) or ESC Form No. 3 (Revised 1998), together with PSC Summary Form (one copy) which should be addressed to the Secretary, District Service Commission PO. Box 18000 Kayunga and the closing date will be 05 January 2026 before 5.00pm The application and summary forms are obtainable from the Public Service Commission - Kampala, or any of the District Service Commission offices, handwritten applications are also acceptable. All applicants should attach three sets of Certified Photocopies of their Academic/Professional Certificates, Transcripts/Result slips and Registration Certificates/Annual practicing licenses where applicable, with a detailed Curriculum Vitae, plus three (3) most recent Colored Research Photographs. Applicants serving in Government should note their applications through their respective Heads of Department who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
