Background

The core objective of the Chemical Safety and Security (CHESASE) Programme is to strengthen institutional, technical, and operational capacities for hazardous chemicals emergency planning, response, and management through;

  • the promotion of sound chemicals management at workplaces and;
  • sustained education and awareness across the chemical life cycle.
