Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter invites sealed bids from eligible Medical Insurance providers for:

1. Scope of Work:
   Provide comprehensive medical insurance coverage for students,
   Country wide coverage includes inpatient and outpatient treatment, emergency services and other benefits as specified in the Terms of reference.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
   Registered insurance providers with relevant experience of not less than five (5) years.
   Ability to demonstrate company’s financial stability.

3. Tender Documents:
   a) Tender documents including detailed specifications, terms of reference, evaluation criteria and conditions can be obtained from Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter offices, Plot 328, Mugalu Close, Bukoto – Off Kisassi Road upon providing the original bank slip/receipt as proof of payment of One Hundred Thousand Shillings only (Ugx 100,000) that is Nonrefundable.
   b) The Tender documents will be available from 7th to 18th November 2025 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (Friday).

4. Submission of bid documents:
   a) Completed Bids must be delivered to the address above at 3a) by Thursday 20th November 2025 at 3:00 pm.
   b) It is mandatory for bidders to submit the original bank transaction slip/receipt with the completed bid documents. Bids without the original bank transaction slip/receipt attached shall not be received. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

5. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting.

6. Payment methods:
   Payments are to be made through bank deposit or transfer to A/C Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda Chapter, Account, 9030005605198 Stanbic Bank, Corporate Branch.
