The Uganda Red Cross society (URCS) is the Country's leading National Farmershare Organization and member of the International Red Cross Red Credent Movement. Uganda Red Cross society through the German Red Cross received funding to support the West Nile Refugee Response Operation to implement a Food security and livelihoods - House food energy Project.

URCS intends to buy agricultural seed inputs and Conduct Farmer Network Field offices to support refugees and host communities. Partially, and Bidbelt Refugee Settlements to be able to plant and harvest their own food at community level. URC's invites Sealed Bids from potential bidders for the following items:

LOT 1: Supply of Assorted Seeds and Casaswa Cuttings to be delivered to, Pelorinya Refugee Settlement, Mayo district

LOT 2: Supply of Assorted Seeds and Casaswa Cuttings to be delivered to Bidbelt Refugee Settlement, Yumbe district

LOT 3: Supply and installation of Container Offices in Pelorinya and Bidbelt Refugee Settlements

1. Invitation to bid documents can be picked from URCS Supply Chain Office in Kampala (deated on PDI 551/555 Rubaga Road from Monday, June 30th, 2025 to Tuesday, July 25th, 2025 between 10:00am and 4:00pm).
2. Interested Bidders shall pick the invitation to bid document from Supply Chain Department after payment of a Non-retundable fee of URCS: 150,000m or each LDT number. The payment price shall be cash, payable at the Uganda Red Cross Society Cash Office from Monday, June 30th, 2025 to Tuesday, July 28th, 2025
3. Eligible Bidders must have:

• Registration/Certificate
• Clearance addressed to URCS, VAT registration Certificate, 2025 Trading License
• Company Profile with clear memorandum and articles of association and clear company management set up
• Evidence of relevant Experience in similar supplies / Works in the last 5 years
• Financial/ audited books of accounts for the last three years.

4. Qualified and interested bidders should submit sealed envelopes to URCS Offices on pDI 551/555 Rubaga Road Supply Chain Management Office within the period indicated above.
5. Bid submission mode: One envelope submission method system will be used where the bidders are expected to submit one envelope (technical Combined with Financial)
6. Bidders who will apply for all the three Lots will be required to prepare and submit 1 combined bid for LOT 1 and 2, and a separate bid for LOT 3.
7. Bidding documents shall be submitted in sealed Envelopes clearly marked "OFFER TO SUPPLY AASORTED SEEDS AND CASSAVA CUTTINGS FOR LOT 1", and OFFER TO SUPPLY AASORTED SEEDS AND CASSAVA CUTTINGS FOR LOT 2, AND OFFER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CONTAINER OFFICES and addressed by The Secretary General, Uganda Red Cross Society-Afterbitch Director Procurement & Supply Chain Management Office Box 454, Kampala, Uganda Portaler than Wednesday 30th, July, 2025 at 10:00am for LOT 1 and LOT 2, and Thursday, 31st July 2025, at 10:00 Am for LOT 3.
8. All bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the Bid Opening Ceremony on the below date

The Uganda Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder or any other bidder

10. Any kid of lobbying will lead to a disqualification
