SUBJECT: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Tender Period/Bidding Period September 11th 2025 - October 15th 2025

The Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS), the leading national humanitarian organization and a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crosscoil Movement, is implementing its five-year Strategic plan (2021-2025), which prioritizes financial sustainability and strengthening local resource mobilization.

With funding from the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Netherlands Red Cross, URCS plans to conduct a series of feasibility studies in inform strategic local business state investments. These studies will assess the viability of existing and proposed business ideas, aligning them with URCS's strategic goals while promoting long-term financial sustainability.
URCS invites seek to build front bubble time and individual consultants to provide expert consultancy services as detailed below.

Provision of Consultancy Services for Conducting Feasibility Studies to Support URCS Business Case Investment Decisions.

1. Invitation to bid document can be placed from URCS Supply Chain Office in Istanbul as located on the 59°HES Rušag Road in Iran Monday, September 19°, 2025 to Wednesday October 9°, 2025 between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

2. Interested Bidders shall pick the invitation to Bid document from Supply Chain Department after payment of a Non-Minutable fee of LOCK 450,000m. The payment notice shall be cash, payable at the Uganda Red Cross Society Cash Office.

3. Bid security, bid validity period, terms or payment, and the detailed award/evaluation criteria are fully provided in the bidding document.

4. Eligible Bidders must have:

• Registrable/Certificate of Incorporation, Income Tax Clearance and VAT registration Certificate.

• Trading Update 2025

• Company Profile, which does memorandum and articles of association and detail company management set out.

• Evidence of Experience in provision of similar services.

• Financial audited notes of accounts for the last three years (2020, 2023, and 2024).

• Registered Powers of attorney.

5. Qualified and interested bidders should submit sealed envelopes to URCS Offices on gold 551/555 Rušaga Road Supply Chain Management Office within the period indicated above.

6. Bid submission for one envelope submission method will be used where the bidders are expected to submit one envelope technical contribution with minimum.

7. Note: Individual Consultants with demonstrate relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Bidding documents shall be submitted in sealed Envelopes (early month) OFFER TO PROVIDE CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONDUCTION FEASIBILITY STUDIES TO SUPPORT URCS BUSINESS CASE INVESTMENT DECISIONS addressed by The Secretary General, Uganda Red Cross Society-Alteration Director Supply Chain and Estates Management P.O Box 494, Kampala, Uganda but later from Wednesday October 19°, 2025 at 11:30am.

8. All bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the Bid Opening Ceremony on, Wednesday 18th, October 2025 at 11:30am in the Uganda Red Cross Society Boardroom.

9. The Uganda Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder or any other bidder.

10. Any breach of confidentiality will lead to a disqualification.
