Responsibilities or duties
As a member of the local Management Team, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all operational and production activities of the site, including production, supply chain/logistics, warehousing and maintenance.
With a prime focus on safety, you will ensure that the production and supply chain functions operate in the most cost effective and efficient way, whilst meeting all quality, environmental and compliance standards, delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident, credible, influential and able to lead from the front.
Experience needed
Substantial experience gained in a similar Operations/Production Management role within the animal nutrition industry or adjacent sectors is also preferred.

You’ll also need:
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong Leadership and influencing skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude and approach
- Thorough knowledge of regulations concerning safety and quality standards
- Operational Excellence/Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred
- To feel comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with both regional and global stakeholders.
