Under the supervision of the Country Operations Manager, the Operations Team Leader-AI manages the agriculture sector portfolio to support socio-economic development in Member Countries.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Manage the agriculture sector portfolio efficiently
- Supervise Project Management specialists
- Lead the Regional Hub operations team
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Food Security/ Rural Development/ Water Management/ Agriculture Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the agriculture sector
Experience needed:
Minimum 5 years in a specific sector
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
