PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2026/2027, 2027/2028 & 2028/2029.

1. Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC), Uganda’s leading economic research and development policy think tank is in the process of pre-qualifying, registering and classifying competent firms for Works, Non-Consultancy, Consultancy Services and Supplies for the financial years stated above.

2. Economic Policy Research Centre now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed Short-Listing submissions (Detailed categories of each are in the shortlisting document or visit www.eprcug.org.).

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9.00 am - 4.00 pm; Monday to Friday except Public Holiday.

4. The Short-Listing Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address at 6(a) below stating the specific subject of procurement. Bidders are advised to make payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx: 100,000/= for the bidding document on the EPRC A/C No. 01013500017262 - DFCU Bank. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

5. Short Listing submissions must be delivered to the address below in 6(a) at or before 02:00pm on July, 07th 2026. Late submissions shall be rejected.
