Job application procedure

Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSC form 3 (revised 2008) and should be addressed to the Secretary Kabale District Service Commission P.O BOX 5 Kabale or hand delivered to the District Service Commission Office not later than 12th February 2026 clearly stating the post applied for and its reference number. Application forms can be obtained from public service commission, District Service Commission offices country wide or can be downloaded from the public service website 

Applicants should attach copies of their certified photocopies of all academic qualifications/documents, identity cards of schools and institutions attended; National Identity Card, CV’S, 3 recent passport photos and any other relevant documents must be attached.

Serving Officers should route their applications through the responsible officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays.
