Description

MTN Uganda Limited is hiring a Project Coordinator (2) with the following key duties and responsibilities;

Reports to: Senior Manager – Projects Implementation

Main Job Functions:

  • Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines
  • Implement projects as per Marketing Roadmap
  • Ensure Regular Project reporting as per Business requirements
  • Ensure that all projects are implemented within specified timelines and within Quality Plan
  • Ensure handover of all completed Projects to the respective internal customers
  • Prepare project timelines with fully interdependence in the project activities
  • Ensuring all projects follow customer centricity guidelines
  • Properly Manage Project risks
  • Properly Manage Project Procurement
  • Properly Manage Project Contracts
  • Project human resource management
  • Manage project documentation
  • Ensure capitalization of all completed Projects

Education

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Telecommnications, Electrical, Software & Computer Engineering or related course

Work Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to drive a company car would be an added advantage
