Provision Of Patients Caretaking Services (18) Months PR No. BH/NON-CONS/2025-26/00001 tender At Butabika National Referral Mental Hospital

BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

1. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of the above services.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(d) from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
4. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(d) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000/- (Fifty thousand shillings only) and the method of payment will be through Bank payable to account No. 09023280003 Bank of Africa, Luzira branch.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(d) at or before 25/7/2025 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX, 1,000,000/- (One Million Shillings only). Bid Security must be valid until 17/3/2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) on 25/7/2025 at 11:15am.
6. There shall not be a pre–bid meeting/ site visit.
