JOB DETAILS:

Role Purpose:

Our aim is to deliver customized, innovative, reliable, and economical packaging solutions to well established brands and start-up companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team at SAMCO PLASTICS LIMITED. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production process, preventing damaged products from proceeding to the next stage, and verifying that the production team meets output quantity targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Inspect products for defects and damage

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

• Monitor production output to meet quantity targets

• Identify and report quality issues to production team

• Collaborate with production team to implement quality Improvements

• Maintain accurate records of quality control checks

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field

• At least 2 years' experience in quality control or assurance role (manufacturing industry preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
