CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY, DETAILED DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF PIPED WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN ULLEPI RURAL GROWTH CENTRES IN MADI OKOLLO, AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF ZEIJ AND ALANG RURAL GROWTH CENTRES IN ZOMBO DISTRICT PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: MWEWSDF-NJ CONS25-26/00004.

1. The Government of Uganda under Ministry of Water and Environment through the German Financial Cooperation has received funds through VAT to implement the Climate Readiness and Water Infrastructure for Refugees and Heat Commendation in Northern Uganda Program. Part of the funds are to be used for acquisition of above consultation services.

2. The consultancy services are aimed at site-blessing, feasibility studies, preparation of detailed designs and tender documents for UHF ROSC, and construction supervision of UHap, Zaan and Akagi ROSC.

3. The Ministry of Water and Environment, Water and Sanitation Development Facilities North Korea (NHS) Rules eligible consulting firms to submit sealed expressions of interest for the consultancy services.

4. Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they are eligible and robust to adequate qualifications to perform the services supported with relevant communities.

5. The consultant should have undertaken at least 30% similar assignments to Uganda which will a contract with all at least USCS. Should over the first years, at least one of the assignments must be for construction supervision due to an detailed design of a water supply system.

6. The Consultant is expected to set up staff with expertise in major areas, namely: Green Lesterhof, Gösterreich, Deput Hann Lesterhof Construction Supervision Engineer, Design Engineer Hybrands Expert, Eleven-onstrahmed Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Ltd. Surveyor, Environmental Specialist, Stonsberg, Frankfurt Market, Resident Engineer (GX bus), and any other specialist that the Consultant may obtain relevant for execution of this assignment. The staff should have relevant experience in the feasibility study and detailed design and construction supervision of static systems. Computer literacy and theory in England are a matter of way to be provided necessary, the consultant should not be suspended by FPDA, and must demonstrate legal capacity to contract. Consultants should also provide a Cover Letter, Action Training License, Value Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Company Profile, Powers of Attorney.

7. Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The form of association, where applicable, should be indicated in the Expression of Interest.

8. Preference schemes shall apply when evaluating Request for Preparedness from the admission consultation.
