Jubilee Health Insurance is looking for a Retention Officer – Corporate. In this role, you’ll focus on retaining existing corporate clients within Jubilee Health Uganda, ensuring their satisfaction, and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of client servicing experience in the insurance industry
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset
Key Competencies and Skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Organizational skills
Relevant Experience
- 3 years of working experience in a client servicing role within the insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in insurance (e.g., COP, ACM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client retention, corporate account management, or relationship management within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing key corporate accounts and achieving retention targets.
- Sound understanding of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and client servicing dynamics.
- Building strong relationships with corporate clients
